Man Stabbed in Pattaya Apartment Brawl Sparked by Parking Dispute

Police in Pattaya are searching for a suspect who stabbed a 22-year-old man during a violent apartment brawl that erupted over a parking dispute.

The incident occurred at an apartment complex in Moo 10, with Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Rescue Unit and Pattaya City Police rushing to the scene.

The Attack

Responders discovered a damaged door, bloodstains, and signs of a struggle inside a fourth-floor unit of the five-story building. The victim, Mr. Worathep Phiwanuan, 22, had suffered a severe stab wound to the back of his neck, causing significant blood loss.

Rescue personnel provided emergency treatment before transporting him to a nearby hospital, where he remains under urgent care.

Dispute Escalates

According to the apartment caretaker, the incident began when the girlfriends of the victim and suspect argued over a blocked vehicle. The verbal altercation escalated into a physical fight.

The suspect, reportedly enraged in defense of his girlfriend, forced his way into the victim’s room and stabbed him in the neck with a pair of scissors before fleeing with his partner.

Ongoing Investigation

Police have launched an urgent manhunt, coordinating with investigative units to collect evidence and track the suspect.

Authorities emphasized that the case is being treated as a serious assault, and they are working swiftly to bring the perpetrator to justice.
